Exciting Announcement

After four exciting and successful years delivering property auctions, MPA owner Kate Lay is delighted to announce that she has joined one of the North’s leading Commercial and Residential property auction houses, Pugh & Company. 

Whilst MPA will cease to trade by the end of 2011, the great news is that Kate, who is now head of The Auction People, Pugh & Company’s residential division will continue to offer a highly professional property auction service to both her existing and new clients through Pugh & Co’s newly launched Merseyside auction. 

With over 20 years experience and 21 auctions currently held a year, Pugh & Co will be holding their first Merseyside Auction on the 29th February at Aintree Racecourse.
